booty calls for content which has already been done, where MC shifts to his new location has to get the same content in your new location that's it. As specified by dev

There is no need for both, it's the same file. See how the error you get says patch.rpy is defined twice? Delete one of them. Also the patch itself doesn't do anything except set the variable "patched" to true. For this game it shouldn't matter if the one left is called patch1.rpyc, patch2.rpyc or patch.rpyc. Just make sure there is only one.
Patched games here usually either check if a file called "patch.rpy" is loadable or, like in this case, set a variable.

In Finder go to the folder: ~/Library/RenPy/
Inside you should see all the folders from your RenPy games. Choose the right one, and when pasting the save files, be sure you are not overriding any of the ones you want to keep.
Syntax for save files is 'Page-Slot-LT1'. Just clarifying this because it could happen that you paste the savegames and when looking for them in the game you don't see them, and it's because they are in a different loading page.

Not the files you mentioned, they are both the incest patch. You can read what's in them if you decompile them with unren. Lain's walktrough mod is in the folder "mod" and her scripts start with her name i.e. lain_cheats.rpyc.
Lain also said she put the incest patch in her mod:
So there is no need to also download the one form lewdpatcher.

I had to pause the thread of my favorite game because of the constant complaining about blueballs. Obviously I'm bias but this is one of best games out right now to me and it's only gonna get better. I hope Dr. Sin takes his time with this game and don't bend to the angry mob.

No penetration whatsoever after 1 year and 8 months of development.
This game has a mediocre story, it's just a sandboxy harem incest game where the story should be just the excuse for some sexy action. This is not one of those VN's with excellent writing, branching storylines and relationship buildup; those would justify taking things easy. But even in that case 20 f* months without any real sex would be over the top in my opinion. All the more so in the case of this game.
We also have Elite non-canonical scenes accessible only to the highest paying patrons. Much easier than finding a way to include them in the story, and obviously much more lucrative.
Meanwhile, massages and yoga scenes aplenty for the mob. And by mob I don't mean us pirates, I mean more modest patreon supporters.
The latest brilliant idea: booty calls to replay the same content that the player has already seen (so a scene gallery outside the already existing scene gallery but I guess booty call is a fancier way to call it. At least NLT's booty calls are something different and you have to find the scrolls to unlock them)
But yeah, there's no blueballing and this is best game ever. Don't rush, dev.
